When moving here I was concerned about finding quality chiropractic care as good as I had in Iowa BUT I found this gem in Jay Oklahoma whom I cannot say enough good things about her!! Dr. Emily Cook does it right and is always there to help with the needs of her patient! She cares!! Thank you so much I feel great again thanks to your care!

I had my first appointment at 4 - State Chiropractic with Emily Cook in Jay yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about her. I felt very comfortable, she was very thorough, explained what she was doing, and my back has never felt better. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent chiropractor!
5 Stars is not enough! I’ve been to a handful of other chiropractors but 4-state is hands down the best. She really takes the time to find where the problem areas are and uses the best techniques to make the pain melt away! Don’t waste your time with other places!
