The facility has no cameras and no real security. They broke into both facilities repeatedly according to the APD. My unit and next to mine, 10×20's both emptied out. Thank goodness for Ins, but irreplaceable family items and collectibles are gone.

Very sketchy. Phone number on website is answered by an automated message that leads nowhere and no option to leave a message. Automated rental option through website requires $30 rental deposit but no indication where unit is out of this will even lead to renting a unit any time soon. Lately the gate is wide open. There is a handwritten cardboard warning sign zip tied to the fence that trespassers will be prosecuted.

If you’re looking for a solid clean storage rental you can’t go wrong with 4 Star Storage. Nice people and a very secure area.

I won a storage auction at this place. There was no lock on the locker when I got there and the place looked ransacked... But I did the right thing and cleaned it out. Even though, I believe, Augusta realtor should have canceled the payment for the locker due to it not even having the lock on it. **UPDATE Thank you Shelby from Augusta Realtors for reaching out to me.
