These storage buildings were owned by augusta realtors for awhile so when my payment needs to be made I just call them and pay it over the phone. Well now they told me they no longer own these storage facilities & gave me the phone number listed here that just rings until it goes to a voicemail for a man named Colby. I've left messages and called numerous times & no answer so I have no way of making my payment. I guess I am going to have to figure out another storage unit in town that I can move all my stuff to. Much improved with new security features, this place has been rough in the past but has turned it around.
Don't come to this business. Had a unit for about a year and they have gotten broken into 3 times that I'm aware of. One of those three happened recently. After the first break in they gave us a new unit but then the facility proceeded to have 2 more break ins.
The facility has no cameras and no real security. They broke into both facilities repeatedly according to the APD. My unit and next to mine, 10×20's both emptied out. Thank goodness for Ins, but irreplaceable family items and collectibles are gone.
