Mark and his team were prompt, organized, and incredibly thorough. They arrived right on time and started the drying process immediately. Mark kept us informed with daily progress updates. He also made sure there was no mold growth afterward. Very professional and reliable company!

I have to give no stars. They came out in May and took photos and said they would get me bid. It was 40-60 sq feet at that time. I followed up several times and never got a response - and no bid. I had someone that works for me go under the house only to discover the mold has now covered the entire structure, so from 60' to 800' feet. The same day 4-Star called and said I was about 6 in line to get a bid!!! If they are too busy for small jobs then they should say that. 30 days later and still no bid.

Would recommend to our friends and family! We called 4 Star Restoration on a Sunday night just as soon as we discovered a water leak and mold in our home. They came out first thing the next morning and took great care of our home and family and worked closely with our insurance company to make things easier on us. We were glad to have chosen a privately owned business where the owner serviced our home. He had a vested interest in a successful outcome.
