They don't ever answer the phone. They messed up my account and I couldn't even get into and they removed all my stuff including my dead grandmothers stuff and all my clothes are gone
They do not respond to you. Been out of the unit for 2 weeks and they still sent me an invoice that they will be automatically deducting for next month. Do not use this company. Very poor customer service.
Rented with them for awhile very hard to get in contact with them unit was broke into 3 times and unit also leaked and ruined a lot of our stuff even though we didn’t have the insurance t hey could have compensated us at the least out of good faith but no they even claimed at one point I owed 3 times more than I was suppose to and it was a hassle even knocked my bank account negative because they withdrew from my account when I didn’t have autopay set up claimed the computer automatically did it this place sucks
