Thi S company is under new mgt .If you don't have personal contact with the owner you don't move in. No job , no lic, no credit over 600 you don't move in. The new owners have other facilities and has been doing this for 20 years. Some of the previous reviews has nothing to do with us. And. Some, of the reviews were made by people who never paid there bill.storage is not free, it's a business. They don't ever answer the phone. They messed up my account and I couldn't even get into and they removed all my stuff including my dead grandmothers stuff and all my clothes are gone
They do not respond to you. Been out of the unit for 2 weeks and they still sent me an invoice that they will be automatically deducting for next month. Do not use this company. Very poor customer service.
