Gus, the property manager at Gloucester Village in Newington, is a absolute ROCKSTAR! Not only is he super friendly and professional, he always goes above and beyond my expectations when I have an issue or need maintenance in my unit. He is the BEST! It's very easy to pay rent through their online portal, so no more dropping off checks! Mucho que decir respecto a esta propiedad, todo positivo. Gustavo fue cordial durante toda nuestra estadía (1 año), hoy puedo decir que mas que un manager fue un amigo dispuesto siempre a atender las necesidades. Nos mudamos por motivos de trabajo pero sin duda alguna recomiendo esta propiedad 100%. Vecindario tranquilo, todo lo que necesitas esta a menos de 5 minutos x5
Gus the property manager is a man of honor, character and heart. He is always readily available to help with a smile for any questions or issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately I had to move but after living there for 5 years I would happily return.
I filled out an application a while ago they never called back when I leave messages they are Terrible
