Scheduled a couples massage two weeks before my visit to Ottawa and had a horrible service experience from Lisa. Originally, I scheduled for an 11am session, then due to Ottawa's public transportation reschedule for 11:30am or 12pm, and the former was selected by Lisa. Unfortunately, we arrived at 12pm and was told by Lisa that we would only receive a 30 minute couples massage - which was not an issue as we accepted being late. I stumbled into 4 Seasons after a long plane trip into Ottawa with a shoulder injury. What a wonderful find! The massage not only helped my shoulder, but also made my back feel better than it has in years. I now stop by every time I’m in Ottawa.
