Great job on the actual work (removed a tree, trimmed another), but the guy who came out said it'd be "2 weeks, 3 tops" til the job Sounded good (plus the pricing was solid), so I signed the quote. And then we waited 5 weeks for them to come. Company completely ghosted us from the end of week 2, not returning any phone calls (office or the guy who came out), until texting literally the day before the job. A bunch of liars. First, the guy who came out said it'd be 2-3 weeks for scheduling, so I signed the quote, then of course waited 5 weeks for them to come back. Then when they came to do the removal they convinced me to take the (massive truckload) of wood chips/mulch, explaining I just hadta pile it high and it would reduce over time. After working on it a couple weeks, I learned this was also a lie and now hafta redo all the work cuz now there's a high risk of mold around my house. Highly professional. Returned calls timely manner, fair price, fast service. Took down an 80 foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Looked like they had not been here. Recommend Highly!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. 4 Seasons was more than stellar. They provided the best quote, then OVER delivered. We had a very large oak tree very close to our home, they took it down in the most controlled manner possible, then cleaned up EVERYTHING once they were done. Could not have been more pleased and the wife raved about it for two days! ;-)
