Very good and very honest! Fixed our furnace, replaced 3 parts. 2 parts were very expensive; $325 and $720. It ended up not being either of those 2 parts, but an issue with the first part that was replaced. He took the 2 expensive parts and put back on our old ones saving us that $1045. I know many places would have just left it as it was and charged us for the parts that were not needed. HIGHLY recommend.
