What a joke!! Our boat was over heating, we were looking for them to solve this problem. They had our boat for over a month, when they said it would be done the next week after we dropped it off. Could never get a hold of the man in charge to see what was going on with our boat, my husband and I left messages constantly and never got a phone call back until I was really upset. customer service I tried several times to contact by phone ,all i get is the answering machine,I guess they are to busy running there business to answer the phone,I would have talked to them about it but they didn't answer the phone.Let me be clear,when I have been able to do business it has always been better than excellent and information has always been succinct and accurate.I would like to be able to contact by phone.
You get what you pay for My dealings with Tim and Tracey have always been top notch and I find them to be very fair and honest. But I guess you can't please everyone especially the guy who bought the wrong part for his motor then complained about the cost. Four Seasons sells factory OEM parts not some fly by night after market junk.
Defending 4 Seasons Marine In regards to the previous review regarding the fuel line, Big R does not sell factory Evinrude or Honda fuel lines. Therefore, he purchased a cheap, aftermarket fuel line, which really suck. You get what you pay for. And the "girl" that answered the phone, has always been more helpful and polite than any other counter person I have dealt with in this business in the valley. mondaysoff Nice that these people were open on Mondays...as nobody else is in this field. Sold me a fuel line for $47.00 that I could have gotten at Big R for $19.95. The fuel line did not fix the problem. I called back to see what their rate was to go thru my motor and see what needed to be fixed......the girl who answered the phone said they will not work on the specific motor I have.
