Bobbi Lynn Brown (Medina) has a lack of urgency and refuses to make a simple phone call or in person meetings because she refuses to do her job even when she lives in the community she is reasonable for. Garbage company who blocks your phone calls and emails.

Our HOA used them as our management company for 2 years. They are an absolute nightmare and the more neglectful company I have ever had to deal with. I spent a year trying to fix a damaged rain gutter, which I later ended up slipping on ice due to the broken gutter. I spent a year emailing them and having to hound them over fixing the gutter with little to no response from the assistant or president and this was after I submitted 5 work orders requesting to get the gutter replaced. I bought a condo one year ago and I'm selling it because can't get anything done by the association the renters that rent homes are better prepared than we are the four season management takes their word over HOA members word and pictures there should be a big investigation from the their main office but they're too busy to deal with us homeowners

Having to deal with this company is a NIGHTMARE. A year ago we went into default because we were having issues getting ahold of someone and our payments were continuously late. We then were transferred to their attorneys handling the case. Could never get ahold of anyone at this attorney's office for months. Even after sending emails and calling and leaving voicemails they still did not respond. This law office put a lien on our home without any way for us to pay. Our HOA utilized 4 Seasons for nearly all of the 10 years we lived in our condo. They company did a great job both dealing with day to day activities, as well as a few major issues that came up over the years. They had knowledge and experience to handle most all issues to protect homeowner's interests.

I suggest never using this company if you are an H.O.A,. Extremely poor use of the H.O.A, reserves and execution of the budget. Poor management of vendors (almost no monitoring or follow up on projects on the properties they manage). The property I live at has steadily gone down hill since they took the contract. Snow removal is horrendous, there have been several times that no snow removal was done. They do not answer their phone or reply to voice mails left.
