Our HOA uses this company for the included lawn care. They skipped mowing my fenced back yard, while they were still here I went up to them and said they skipped mowing my back yard. Immediately the man said “well is there the fence locked? Is there a pool? A grill? Dogs? Dog poop?” I advised the fence does not have a lock, no pool, and the grill is on the patio in no way interfering with the patio.
