Doug came out & gave me a quote he was professional & I chose to have the insulation pumped in to my roof. Originally I didn’t quite realise what it was but it’s millions of tiny pieces of insulation which does cause dust in the ceiling but eventually settles. It was the day of a public holiday. The next day and two young men came in to pump the insulation in. In choosing someone to insulate our house I had some specific requirements and concerns. I was especially worried about how much could be done to insulate under the floorboards as it is limited access and some complexities. Firstly the sales guy who came was very informative and provided some useful education. The quote was reasonable. They sent 3 guys for the install and it took 2 days. After quick phone call, i had someone at my home to quote up within 2 days. Quote was received and time booked to do install following week. The young guys who pumped it in were very friendly and did Stella job including cleaning up after themselves. Awesome local service!
Installed ceiling insulation yesterday through manhole in my garage. They left a terrible mess in my double garage & driveway - looked like snow everywhere. It took two of us 6 hours to clean all the tools, boxes, shelves, bikes, driveway etc No advice given beforehand to cover up or remove items to avoid this. No effort to clean up after job done. Every other tradesmen we have, from electricians, plumbers etc clean up when finished.
