I am SO impressed with the service I got. They were exceptional at communicating from the reminder the day before to updates on when to expect arrival the day of the service. The man who came to clean my furnace was polite, friendly and seemed to do a thorough job.
We bought from 4 seasons thinking that they were professional, the personal that came to install it did a good job and this is it what we got from them. In January 2025, we have lost everything from our heat pump, we saw someone at the end of Feb and came for 15 minutes to say a circuit is fry and they were going to order it. I asked him to check the freon pressure and he told me that it wasn't the problem. I was a client of 4 seasons since 2016. I was always happy. Somewhere around 2023 they changed the office staff. (Ive been told the company was sold). Ive since experienced multiole appointment issues I also find the staff is not good wirh fheir communications
