Jordan was friendly, very efficient and, knowledgeable. He checked both our fireplaces, left everything neat and tidy. We had confirmation of our appointment. The office staff has always been friendly and very helpful. prompt, pleasant, clean, knowledgeable. Did a deeper clean then previous companies and I think this may resolve the odd odor that is consistent thru the winter season. Laid a quilted drop cloth, Lee took the time to make the fireplace surround fit properly. He also discovered an extra wire that was messing up my toggle switch from an easy start on.
