In the extremely cold weather my furnace stopped working. I called another company to come out that had a wait time between 8 & 12pm- it was 5:30pm. 4 seasons was able to arrive in 30-45min. He cleaned the sensor & it fired right up. The following week the furnace went again. I called back & they sent someone out. He did a thorough review and cleaned a number of gross parts, checked outside, settings on the thermostat etc. he had it up and running in no time. I definitely recommend these folks!
As much as it sucked to have our hot water tank go on us, I’m so thankful that we contacted 4 Seasons Heating, Cooling & Electrical! The company was amazing to deal with, from Erica, Edithe and Mike at the office to Colin (electrician) and Raj (installer), everything was exceptional! They will be my first call if we ever have any HVAC or electrical issues in the future!
OMG! Nathan and Raj? Amazing duo! I've been battling with the furnace in my rental property for long now, got a new furnace and they were contracted to come assemble it. Great job, clean workmanship and amazing follow up. Furnace runs smoothly and the satisfaction is off the roof... Erica the voice behind the calls at the office also is amazing at what she does. I am writing this review, because I am stuck in this weather without air conditioning after my brand new furnace was installed, no call back. had my old furnace for over 20 years and never a problem. To provide a update, they came back and told me the furnace was working properly. It was not, had to hire a another company who sent a certified technician out who told me it was not wired properly.
