We rent and our unit went out Monday right after the lightning storm they got us scheduled for next day service and Michael was our technician and discovered that the unit was hit by lightning. He got the needed parts ordered and returned and finished the repair. After he left, the unit was not coming on at the tstat so he returned and quickly discovered that the tstat wire was blown out from the strike. He got everything fixed up and our unit back up and running. Thank you for your timely response and wonderful service! Tha... read more
They are the best 1 they show up 2 honest 3 dedicated to their customers Highly recommend
Absolutely stellar service. Talked through the issue over a call, team came out the following day and completed the repair within 30 minutes for under $200. I have had this unit evaluated/repaired by three other local companies, which cost me upwards of $4,000. I appreciate the honesty, clarity, promptness, and work ethic. Thank you. I would 100% highly recommend getting an estimate from them and compare before taking any actions.
If you have HVAC Problems on a Holiday or Weekend you're out of Luck...Was going to make a Senior Citizen Couple wait 2 days for service in the middle of a Heat Wave...I use someone else now....
