Customer service was amazing. I had already gotten a bouquet and wanted to add a few flowers and they spent the time to put them in to the bouquet and rewrap. Gave me tips to keep them fresh and well kept, and were incredibly friendly. +the bouquet is beautiful.

The customer service and product were great! I don't necessarily want to encourage delivery to obscure locations, as I am sure 4 Seasons out of Halifax doesn't want to be asked to make deliveries to Vancouver. But they worked with me to make a delivery when a vital whim occurred, and I greatly appreciate their flexibility and cooperation. The recipient said it was the "prettiest bouquet I've ever received" and I can't disagree.
