The gentleman at the parts desk was very helpful. When he couldn't find a part number for my mower drive belt, he went and picked out one from the inventory that fit exactly. Thanks guys! That's how it is done.
I finally got a chance to use my Honda push mower after Ben repaired it. I cannot say enough good things about it and even more so about Ben. He was polite on the phone, explaining things clearly a nd did more than I could have expected. I’m just thrilled as I’ve had the Honda for over 40 years and it has a sentimental value that can’t be replaced. Now thanks to Ben and 4 Seasons, maybe there’s another 40 years in it. Thank you. I've been to the store a few times and have been fortunate enough to have the same tall young man Kyle helping me. He was very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain to me in detail And was extremely polite and patient. You don't see that often anymore. The store has a wide variety of equipment and parts and the staff is great. I would highly recommend them for all your equipment needs or service. Thank you, 4 seasons.
Big shout out to the people who made my day! Went in with issue with my chainsaw, explained my problem to them and right away took it in and had going in minutes! Offered to pay and was told no need. Thanks again to the two guys working July 5th!!
