This my opinion and personal understanding: The 4 seasons was recommended by the manufacturer of our lawn mower. Brought our lawn mower in for repair in first week june. Later that month they said it needed electrical repair and needed a part ordered. We though maybe it was battery but they said it needed electrical repair. Waited phone a few later still in june later said repair not done but ordering part. Then called mid july said we're ordered part would be fixed. My Briggs & Stratton lawnmower engine was not working, it would remain running after changing the spark plug & checking the air filter. I called the business in the morning on August 8th. It would be weeks to have the lawnmower checked but the employee asked if I could possibly bring the carburetor in that morning. I took it apart and ran it to the business. They cleaned it and sold me a new gasket in 1hr. I then came home and put it back together and it now runs perfectly! The staff at 4 Seasons was both helpful and extreme... read more
