4 Seasons sent an employee to measure two rooms. When he finished measuring the bedroom, he asked me what was beneath the carpeting. I told him plywood. Nevertheless, and without asking me first, he began trying to pull up the carpeting in the corner, presumably to determine if I was correct. I asked him to stop. He ignored me. Lousy experience! A guy was scheduled to measure my stairs sometime between 1 and 5 PM. The night before, he emailed saying he couldn’t reach me and needed to come “earlier,” but didn’t say how early. They incorrectly took down my phone number which should have been the first sign of their incompetence. I told him I’d give him a code to the house and that my wife would likely be home anyway. He called me randomly the next morning, and when I returned the call 30 minutes later, he texted saying he didn’t like to “backtrack.” ... read more

Had our new backsplash tiles installed today. The installer (Kyle) did an amazing job. He was very thorough, cleaned up after himself, explained everything to us. Cant say enough good things about the job he did for us today. I highly recommend Kyle for your backsplash and tile needs. You will not be disappointed.

Great organization, clear communication and professional fast performance during our measurement and installation through Lowes. Fairly priced too. I'd highly recommend 4 Seasons Carpet Workshop and would order again if the need be.
