We went through Lowes to choose a premium LVP product to replace our ceramic kitchen tiles. The job was very labor intensive but 4 Seasons had the right amount of people on the team. It took two days and came out excellent. They even had a person come out and clean up any dust and vacuum. The transition install was delayed by two weeks; but only because we did not like what initially came with the order. Don’t ever buy flooring from Lowe’s and use this subcontracter! We purchased LVP for our kitchen to replace the ceramic tiles. They send out a husband & wife team that can’t speak any English. They don’t prep the area well to mitigate excessive dust. Without asking us to remove items from linen closet one of them went in and used a grinder to take up old flooring tiles to lay down the new LVP. Had old carpet removed and new carpet installed in a 1000 sf; two story condo. Installers were on time and did a great job. Scheduling was easy and I was in the loop the whole time. Highly recommend.

4 Seasons sent an employee to measure two rooms. When he finished measuring the bedroom, he asked me what was beneath the carpeting. I told him plywood. Nevertheless, and without asking me first, he began trying to pull up the carpeting in the corner, presumably to determine if I was correct. I asked him to stop. He ignored me. He continued to pull at the carpeting. I told him to stop. He simply ignored me and kept pulling. I raised my voice and told him to stop. He ignored me and pulled the carpeting away from the floor.
