0 Stars!!! I hired 4 seasons air duct cleaning company in June, strictly for dryer vent cleaning, which l, as the landlord , arranged and paid for directly. Their technician arrived and presented an unreasonably high estimate, which was only reduced after I questioned the cost and the manager intervened. During the visit, the tenant pointed out a dark substance on the HVAC vents, and the technician immediately claimed, without any testing or proper inspection, that it was "definitely mold."
