Took some beige slacks to them for an alteration. They did not notify me when it was done, so I waited for many days. When I came in, they were all trying hard not to laugh. They glanced at each other, and then towards me, smiling with disdain.
Have been coming here for years. Service has been great so far but recently we’ve had an ongoing issue of our jean alteration service. When brought the attention to the owner she kept brushing it off and would just give us a worse solution. But enough is enough. Will not be coming here anymore and you shouldn’t either ridiculous price of $23 dollars each jean just to be left with one side higher then the other. Down below i’ve attached the photos to show my mistreatment with my jeans. awful job.
Amazing and top notch customer service from Anna. I brought my son’s white HOKA shoes for cleaning and got it back like a brand new shoes. This small business packs a big punch. I bring my pants here for alteration and I’m always satisfied with the quality of work Anna put into it.
