Christy and Jerry were tremendously helpful during a bit of a storage crisis that we had. I worked with Christy over the phone for a few days and she was able to go above and beyond to help us with our needs. Highly recommend them, amazing customer service.

This is one of the few environmentally controlled storage locations around Ithaca, so there isn't much to choose from. There seems to be no one monitoring or maintaining this facility. The concrete slab at the entryway isn't level with the parking lot and the dollies they provide can't make it over this bump without spilling your stuff, particularly when they are loaded down.
