We’ve had several bikes that he has re-built and has done a great job. Always recommend.
4 Season Cycle is the real deal! Not only did they go above and beyond in setting up my rental bike, they also provided countless route recommendations right from Franklin, all of which proved phenomenal. They know bikes and they know the area. As an avid cyclist, I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely visit 4 Season Cycle again.
They helped me find a tire that actually fit my bike! Very nice and informative and truly just wanted to give me a great experience on my bike. Because of them I fell in love with my bike and no longer want to sell it!
I walked into the shop with an idea of what I wanted. Jim and his wife listened patiently before telling me they didn’t have what I wanted, but they could get it for me. This involved beginning a business relationship with a new company, but they were undeterred. My new bike is perfect for me! They listened to everything I wanted and gave it to me in a pretty package that comes with their impressive recommendation. Needed some help with replacing a tire tube and they were more than happy to help. Called a closer to home shop and and was told rather rudely they were too busy. 4 Seasons said 'Sure, come on in we can help you'. So professional and helpful with all our questions. We will be doing all our business there from now on.
