I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do NOT bother with this company. Probably the worst quality and build we’ve ever seen. They built an apartment complex which resulted in severe water damages and now they’re facing legal charges due to their negligence. Save yourselves the trouble and don’t go with them. We wish we knew.
I deal with a lot of buildings and can just say look at the photos. Stairs without carpet, garden beds with no drainage, grate drains with no bottom, star rails just sawn off (where they were fitted), leaks, more leaks, more leaks. Cracking concrete, render falling off all explained by the builder as 'maintenance items'.
