Jim & Amanda took the time to explain everything to both of us during our initial phone call & meeting. Jim inspected our home, connections, and explained the size generator we needed and our purchasing options,, and then they fit us in the schedule right away. We are very happy with our Generac! After they installed a new generator at my home, they took my old generator (which was not the plan). It took them months to return my old generator and it took them even longer to finally process my bill. Communication was lackluster, they wouldn’t answer my calls or messages. Would not recommend.

Best household item I've ever purchased. The generator ran for 29 hours recently. What a Godsend. Jim and Amanda are great to work with as well.

Amanda and Jim have been amazing and will provide any type of will call. They will accommodate any need. I rent and 4 power contracts my rental and they are always there for Me! Best loyal service !

I've used this company's service twice to have my home generator serviced. Mr. Dox was extremely courtious and when I was offered the yearly schedule service, I was happy to sign on. Sadly, a year later the scheduled service never happened and I was forced to call and establish a date for service. Again, Mr. Dox came to my home and I was plenty happy to have him return. I was then again offered to have him return a year later for scheduled service, but Mr. Dox never returned. No call. No calls returned from my inquiries. Not... read more
