I rented an apartment through Karen back in September. I started reaching out mid July expressing interest in the unit and did not get an initial response until late August to get a tour scheduled (I had to send 4 follow up emails before getting a single email back). I lived with 4points my junior year. It’s a family business I think. Karen is really nice, quick to response. She even worked with us to let us move in early without extra charge. The place 4 points have may not be the most beautiful from the outside but it has a homey feel inside. Maintenance is always quick, usually within a day. I would recommend them!
