Joe was polite, knowledgeable and patient describing what was needed and what could wait. He wasn't pushy and was good to work with. I would absolutely request him again for any further work.
Martin and Joe were the two technicians that came out to service our heater. They were nothing but professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed on what they saw and what they were doing along the way. I would definitely recommend them.
I was referred to this company by my friend. I was very pleased with their quick response with settling up an appointment. Technician Joe was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my heater. He was able to trouble shoot the problem & it was quickly resolved. My heater is now working & I was able to get it fixed at a reasonable price.
