Justyn has been doing an excellent job keeping my decrepit old AC alive. He is tenacious and will not easily give up on a problem. The support team is also really good, they remembered it was time for my biannual maintenance, and they texted me to schedule a checkup. Really easy, thank you Elizabeth!
The technician, Justyn, showed photos & explained how my system is performing at excellent. He recommended adding a mechanism which would reduce the turn-on power lowering the amount of energy used to start up the compressor to protect it & save money. He is knowledgeable & answers questions to be easily understood with a kind & professional attitude.
