Worst car audio shop I've been too, they installed my new radio incorrectly, as well as kept the microphone and remote that came with it. The incorrectly installed radio cost me a new battery plus the cost of having radio correctly reinstalled somewhere else. Do not have anything installed here, especially if you have a newer car.

4 Play Auto Sound is a very, DISHONEST place to shop! Un-informative on product information and very unprofessional. Customer Service sucks so bad I wonder if it's a real business. They don't like to answer very many questions, they just want you in and out. They have the worst return and exchange policies. The employees who work there are very sketchy! You go there for one thing and you’re convinced to purchase other items which had been discontinued and/or doesn't sell good in their store! This place is such a rip off...do... read more
