I went with my mother in-law for her dogs appointment, the vet told her he had given instructions on the first appointment to use a medicated shampoo on her dog. When asked where we could get said shampoo we were told we had to purchase it through them. He never informed us of the price of the shampoo and charged her $40 for a bottle of medicated shampoo. When we got in the car and looked at the receipt we saw the $40 charge for shampoo and went home and checked online and found we could purchase the shampoo on Amazon for $... read more
Straight up awful. My cat was basically traumatized there after his neutering and I got to see it first hand when I went back in for a check up. I was told my cat was a stage 5 danger to myself and my family and I should consider putting him down. Maybe he was acting like that because the vet for the checkup threw him on the exam table and basically choked him to death trying to exam him then gave up after 1 minuet and left.
