My parents and I went to this clinic because it was close to the house and my parents dog started pooping blood and having labored breathing , we got there an hour before closing , the vet assistant at the front desk asked what was going on with the dog and checked his gums and they were very pale, he quickly went to to vet in the back and came back out and said he’s sorry but because they close in an HOUR that they couldn’t take us and told us to go elsewhere. I recently have been to 4 Pets and my chihuahua Bella and I couldn't be any happier with Dr Parker, Michele and Alejandro and the care these professionals show. There is one other tech that I do not recall his name, but Bella and I want to say we are very happy we found all of you!
Do not bring your dog here unless you want your dog to die. They make you leave your dog, give you a bullshit receipt of services that weren’t rendered. And all of a sudden my dog died. While they did nothing. I will be reporting this to the BBB. If you think this is the same compassionate vet like Dr. Mike it’s not. They are money hungry. Place doesn’t even look like a vets office instead it looks like a fancy hotel room.
