This is the best storage unit facility in the Monticello area. Ms Wanda is the owner and I can't thank her enough for the great prices, location, and having a drop box that is so convenient. I've never had issues with anything and I've been renting a 10×15 for right at 12 months now. I have never seen any type of bugs, rodents, or damage to my property inside the unit. As hard as it rains sometimes I've never seen any signs of the unit leaking. Thank you Ms. Wanda for taking so much pride in your business.
