My mom used this vet for her cat. She passed away in late July, and since then, my girlfriend, our local vet, and I have all been trying to get her cat’s medical records. We’ve left multiple voicemails and sent emails, and not a single person has responded to any of us. I understand that a vet clinic can be busy, but going over a month without even acknowledging repeated requests for medical records is completely unacceptable.
