I would give zero stars if I could. Both my Shih Tzu dogs were hurt while grooming. One cut to the throat, the other had a razor burn between the legs. He had to go to the emergency vet because he wouldn't stop licking or rubbing his bum on the floor. I texted Angela with all of this. No apology. No answer. Nothing. I'll never trust her with my dogs again. This all cost me $350 to include the bad haircuts. This isn't our first visit here. It's never happened before so why did it happen now?
