I’m disappointed in this practice. My grandmother was dying from cancer and unable to care for her dogs, so I took them in. I brought Missy here. She is deaf, blind and incontinent. She also needed expensive eye surgery that was 2500+ dollars that I am unable to afford. I have two young children, work two jobs and am unable to keep up with the care she needed. My puppy Luna who was lethargic & not eating or drinking anything. I took her to Red bank emergency over the weekend & they did nothing but run numerous tests & find nothing for almost 12 hrs. I took her home & called 4 Paws the next day. I was told I could bring her in that same day. When I took her in Dr. Polonet was amazing with her and really listened to all of my concerns.
