4 paws and a tail was recommended by a friend after we weren't pleased with some other places we'd taken our puppy. The staff are friendly and Savannah does a great job.

We bring our fur baby, Daisy Mae, to 4 Paws and a Tail every other month for her grooming. We have been going there for 2 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our groomer, Rob, and the entire staff. We can always depend on Rob to do an outstanding job grooming Daisy Mae. After seeing Rob, she looks beautiful in her cut, bandana, bows and painted nails. This is my cat zeeke , I got a call that he wasn’t happy and he was hissing! I got a call that she was going let him calm down and they would go and finish . I get the call to pick him up and this is what I got !! Charged 50 dollars no bath , hair hanging off him, razor marks down his back, his tail cut in chucks !! I’m beside myself and can’t believe you would return a cat looking like this .. if you can’t do the job don’t do it !!!!! I would never recommend your company to do anything !!

The safety of your pet was our top priority. I am very sorry that we were unable to complete the groom, however we never risk the well being of your 4 legged fur babies when in our care. Unfortunately when pets are brought to us matted they can only tolerate so much. We did the best we could’ve done in the situation given.
Rob is the best! He takes such good care of our boys. We do not trust them with anyone else.
We love 4 Paws and a Tail!! They do a fabulous job on our little Jackson! Thank you so much for having so much patience with our little guy as he can be quite the grouch!!
Mariah always does a great job on Charlie and Kodi!
