I have been using 4over for years with no issues until they changed their website. It's not the website that is the issue but since the change they must have changed everything including getting rid of their customer support. I placed an order that I immediately tried to stop for a number of reasons. I sent emails, called, sent a request for return call, tried everything under the sun to get in touch with someone there to NO avail. I placed an order and was sent a 500 item shipment that was unusable. The cut was off, and wasn't even consistently off. I called, and was told to submit a ticket and would be answered within 24 hours. 3 DAYS later I get an email saying one of my files was off sized. My company has been a client of 4Over.com for over 10 years. Overall, the quality of their product has been sufficient. Their packaging/shipping is usually the problem. I used their mailing service for the first time and was apprehensive because the fees seemed too reasonable. They were because not all the fees were clearly represented on the website! The second column of pricing in the mailing section, listed as an ADDITIONAL SERVICE, is actually a fee that is AUTOMATICALLY applied to your credit card. I read it to mean it'... read more
