After leasing the same device for 3 years, I updated my numbered corporation and was required to sign a new contract for the same equipment, even though it never moved from its original location. I looked into buyback options, but my calls to their leasing department went unanswered. Now that my lease has finally ended for the second time, I’m relieved to be done with them. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services.
Our company Bridan Management have been a customer of 4 Office Automation Ltd. for quite a few years. The service provided by John is absolutely first class. First of all I have to comment that John ALWAYS answers his phone - I don't think i have ever had to leave a message. If he is not able to resolve an issue, the technician is dispatched same day and always with a resolution. My new employer uses 4 Office. I had to submit a service request and it was so easy to do online. The technician came the next day and did more than was needed. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Also requested supplies without having the product number and the help desk person ordered it for me. Very impressed with the service level
