The guy that did my nails was more concerned with his social life and what was going on in the rest of the salon than what he was actually doing. I'm pretty sure he thought the skin around my nails was what I wanted filed down. Both of my pinkie cuticles were raw by the time he was done and burned like hell when he had to do my fill. I am giving up and going to go elsewhere....on one visit one of the nail techs used nail clippers while my feet were soaking, he then used them on me moments later (without disinfecting). I have had artificial nails put on that damaged my nail below because they were filed down too low. On my most recent visit the water for my pedicure was luke warm and had a sloppy polish job.
