Hooked up my basement bathroom. Guys were workable, but didn't always let me know when they are coming, which we found a bit frustrating. Multiple mistakes which even a non plumber could figure out.
4M plumbing installed a new water softener & it is great! They picked up all trash that goes along with it. He did a very neat & tidy job.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have NO heat, we called them for help. It is -17 and they say "Our people have enough work here we don't need your business." Completely ignoring that this is an emergency. My toes are turning purple just stepping on the floor for a few seconds without socks. They care about money not people. Last time we called they charged us 50$ to say "it is the motor, you can do it yourself." Which we did and their diagnosis was wrong. The new motor is in and it still doesn't work.
