Dee and their crew are some of the best. They've been cutting my grass for more than 10 years and doing lots of work as well. Even trimmed a tree as a hurricane was coming in to keep it from catching wind. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!! THANKS YOU GUYS!!!
A hot mess. Stay away from them…
Poor quality work. Did landscaping for my new home using ginger as the main plant. They were half dead and told him I didn't want unless he trimmed all dead leaves off which he said he would. Which he didn't. He did not put any weed barrier cloth down or even cardboard which is the proper way. This has left me me millions of weeds plus the Ginger plant was planted to close to one another. They tear up your personal property without so much as even notifying you or trying to make it right in any type of way. They hire obvious felons with anger management problems and poor work ethic. I always wonder if they came or if they didn't come, because it's really no different either way. They don't keep to the given schedule, they are rude and one.of their main employees-white skinny methhead looking dude is the definition of unprofessional. Do NIT recommend.
Poor service all around. Customer service is lacking in communication and willingness to make things right. Most months I do not receive an invoice for my services and end up getting a bill for 2-5 months at a time. Then they take over a month to deposit a check. Service days are missed or they come late. After 3 years of business with this company they are now charging me extra each week because my dog poops in the yard on top of a price increase. You get what you pay for.
