Call at the last minute to get a tow service. They were able to get someone out in about 30 min. It had started raining. The tow truck driver Will didn’t ever complain about it once. I have had tow service before and let me tell you Will is the best driver I have ever had. Will was professional, took a lot of pride in what he was there to do. He had awareness of all surrounding. Magnificent interaction with the driver, Tyler. Super prompt service. Kind, professional and their trucks are super clean. Highly recommend their service.
Excellent Company they arrive quick and are very polite and professional! Definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
I called them in a panic over my husband having a flat trailer tire on the side of 386. We only have one vehicle and I was stuck at home not able to help. After calling several companies, they were quick to answer my phone call and help us. They were quick to meet my husband. They were able to haul the trailer back home for us within about an hour from the phone call! So thankful for their speedy service!!
We have GPS on our trucks. They like to take out your trucks for joy rides when they are supposed to be working on them. They won't respond and ignore you when you catch them in the act. We put a geo fence around there shop when the truck were there it notified me when it leaves the location. They were driving it super fast and hard out joy riding. We will never be back. There is a review that sounds very similar to what they did to us we should have paid more attention to that review. Please let this be a warning
