Took my Craftsman w/ Briggs-Stratton engine mower in for repairs. After 1 week, it cost $90 to repair. Took it home & the problem was not solved. Took it back - guy said we'd only have to pay for parts, no labor for new repair. Shortly after, the shop closed - went on vacation w/out telling us. They had the mower for over 2 months. When we got it back, we were charged $80 ... yes, for the labor. We'll never use their services again.
