This is Margaret and Howard. Justin just posted our installation. His crew showed up within 30 minutes of proposed time. A large team came and replaced a generator where we had at least 10 ft of snow in the past month. And then torrential rain 🤯 The generator was totally uncovered and dug out but was not working. The replacement crew worked through snow drifts, treacherous stairs, icy conditions, etc. to install. There was a slight glitch but only because somebody forgot to flip a switch. 4 Green Power Systems installed a geo thermal system in our new build home in 2021 and the company’s follow up since then is just awful! I ending up making 9 (yes, 9) requests for a printed receipt indicating our account was paid in full using various methods (text, mail via USPS with a stamped return envelope, and telephone calls) before they provided a receipt. Great experience start to finish. Mary was and continues to be super helpful and the guys were quick with install. Family owned business so you feel good about spending your money. So happy we went with them and now I have peace of mind in case the world goes nuts! Thanks again yall
