We had our Generac installed just over 2 weeks ago and 4 Green Power Systems did an amazing job! Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Justin and Kevin are both great to work with. Just two days after our install, the power went out and this generator did its job seamlessly. We are so glad we chose 4 Green Power Systems to do our install. Thank you!
This is Margaret and Howard. Justin just posted our installation. His crew showed up within 30 minutes of proposed time. A large team came and replaced a generator where we had at least 10 ft of snow in the past month. And then torrential rain 🤯 The generator was totally uncovered and dug out but was not working. The replacement crew worked through snow drifts, treacherous stairs, icy conditions, etc. to install. There was a slight glitch but only because somebody forgot to flip a switch. 4 Green Power Systems installed a geo thermal system in our new build home in 2021 and the company’s follow up since then is just awful! I ending up making 9 (yes, 9) requests for a printed receipt indicating our account was paid in full using various methods (text, mail via USPS with a stamped return envelope, and telephone calls) before they provided a receipt. I have also made 7 attempts in the last 2 months to get an update on the NYSERDA grant application they filed on our behalf in March 2022 (installers must file the ... read more
Great experience start to finish. Mary was and continues to be super helpful and the guys were quick with install. Family owned business so you feel good about spending your money. So happy we went with them and now I have peace of mind in case the world goes nuts! Thanks again yall
