I run a business that lives on referrals, so when someone sends me a name, I take it seriously. Thank you to Monty for pointing me to 4G Auto Body. The night of the Christmas parade I backed my dad’s trailer and truck and damaged the front bumper on my white Tesla Model Y. Anyone who’s seen that bumper knows it already has that “catfish lips” look, so when it’s damaged, it really stands out. It was an eyesore. I contacted several body shops. Work performed was better than expected, fair or even betterthan fair estimate for the amount of work. Friendly , honest place.
Just called for help and was greater with “m… uhmmm… hello.. uhmmm. Let’s me get a boss” this person totally ruined me being a customer I’ve never had a establishment answer the phone that way.
