We are living in our dream historic home thanks to the hard work of 4 Forty Four. They did a wonderful job of bringing our vision to life while still maintaining the charm of our 1900s farmhouse. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
4 Forty Four took my wife's dream of taking something old and making it new. They were able to keep the character of the old building while adding the modern convenances that make an old biuilding livable . My concern was to make the building as maintenance free as possible , not an easy task when dealing with the weather extremes we have in the high country. Their crew accomplished it. 4 forty four should be your choice if you are remodeling or building , their attention to detail is second to none.
Top notch builder with the highest of professionalism and quality. 4 Forty Four builds an impressive home in all styles and works closely with their clients from the start to the absolute finish line and beyond. With a nearly 15 year relationship I have had with them, they are great communicators and problem solvers, and extremely easy to work with.
4 Forty Four was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Despite challenges outside of their control, they worked diligently to keep our required timeline which allowed us to open our doors on time! More importantly, the finished product is exactly what we had envisioned and was within our budget. You can feel the values of this extraordinary company at every turn and with each employee. Hurricane Helene brought a 70-foot pine through my house, damaging many structural aspects of my roof, collapsing an interior ceiling, damaging another part of the ceiling, and damaging the HVAC system, electrical, and personal property. With half my home a disaster area, and knowing perhaps hundreds of others would be in a similar position in the high country, I felt desperate and quite unsettled.
