Scott is a terrible person. He scammed, lied and stole from me. I would not hire a man like to do any business for me. He went out of his way to prey on me and con me out of a lot of money. Get your landscaping done somewhere else. This man really is scum and does not deserve your business. I can imagine if he stole 2000 dollars from me he is not giving fair quotes for his business. Stay far away from this man.
Being new to Central Florida we had very little to go with besides a recommendation from a friend. We got from 4 Elements everything we needed and more. They are friendly with good communication, their workmanship is excellent and their pricing is very fair. We only had them for a small irrigation job, but I will definitely be back as we scale things up.
Scott at 4 Elements Landscape & Design is the company to deal with if you want quality work using the best materials and design ideas. They changed my Builder supplied Landscape, and designed and installed new beds with eye popping plants showing vivid colors. My outside is now one of the nicest in Trinity Lakes.
