Do yourself a favor and just try one of the tacos offered by this food truck. They'll have you covered whether you prefer pollo, asada, pastor, birria, lengua, carnitas, or even cactus for the meatless experience. I can't not order pastor for now because it's just that yummy. Exceptionally good. Had a chicken taco and shredded beef burrito. Both excellent.
