Dr. Zub is my partner in managing my thyroid and adrenals, as well as my overall biochemistry in a way that my primary care doc does not. As a result, I am taking preventative steps to better health, I feel better, stronger and get sick less often! I believe everyone could benefit from the services provided by 4 Better Health!
Met with Lisa this past week. She is a wonderful blend of knowledge, intelligence, compassion and empathy. My list of symptoms is exhaustively extensive and I've been trying to deal with them for years via Western medicine to no avail, or relief. Over the years I've become increasingly unwell, anxious and depressed. After meeting Lisa however, I have new hope and have every confidence that she will help me to finally find answers and inevitably a much better quality of health and life.
