Check engine light was illuminated and a burning rubber smell. Since I pretty much only have old cars I had an idea what the rubber smell was coming from in the mechanic diagnosed exactly what I thought it was and I was happy with that. Also my check engine light has been coming on constantly and the issue was never properly diagnosed until I went here and they diagnosed it right away gave me the tips that I needed so that I wouldn't have to come back to them, truly will be using them for all my car needs.
#1 mechanics in Brooklyn been going there for over 5 years with no issues BEAR PETER AND BIGGS know their way around a car. Highly recommended they get the job done.
Remains to be seen for me. My dad's car was kept with little communication to him. I had to call. Guys over there seem quite professional but made some questionable overlooks. I will RAISE MY RATING w/in 90 DAYS of vehicle condition following recent fixes.
Fantastic experience. 11/10. From the initial call to him getting me on my way, excellent customer service. Imagine being stressed about an unexpected flat, having other car places hang up on you, being generally unhelpful as usual for auto mechanic shop and then pick up the phone to see a missed call from an auto shop that you just called.
