Tried to reach out multiple times, with zero success, for a leak in a "class 4 shingles" roof these guys installed less than 3 years ago. Should just be a minor repair, right? Maybe that's the problem. Nobody answers the phone or responds to text or voice messages. This company is either out of business or just incredibly bad.
