I just got a full service wash and it comes with a vacuum. They did not vacuum my car. They just shook out the mats. I mentioned this, and they said it was vacuumed, but for it to be vacuumed, better I need to pay extra never heard of that. It was not vacuumed. I did not see my car get vacuumed. I only saw my mats be shaken. I even put tip in the cash box expecting my car to be cleaned drove away not happy…

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY‼️ I have been going here for years, currently have a Boca Wash membership but i am going have to cancel it because every time I come here it's the same story. My car is in almost the same condition i brought it there in. There's leaves in my window, i just left... You figure taking those out is atleast the bare minimum!! Sitting here wondering why i even took the time out of my day to being my car here for it to be the exact same!!!🤦♂️🤦♂️
